Shadetree and Nepean Railway

Don Leger’s freelanced branch line has been serving Eastern Ontario and parts of Western Quebec since the early 90’s. When CN and CP left the area, the S & N took over carrying tons of freight to clients on both sides of the Ottawa River . Major commodities carried by the Railroad include newsprint, MDF, linerboard, forest products, pulp, gas, lumber & board, wire rod, billets & scrap. When CP abandoned Walkley yards in 1989, The S & N took over, and it’s never been busier.

Rock Wall completed by Bob Farquhar

Some time ago, I showed you an area where a Rock Wall was needed.

I contacted a mutual Friend (Bob Farquhar) and asked him for help. The area was filled with plaster. Rock Molds were used and later painted. This is the finished product.
